Elt provides training for its smallholder farmers as part of its non-monetary services. Education and training are done in order to teach the smallholder farmers, how to live a better life by fully utilising the land that they possess. There are always better ways of doing things and Elt’s extension officers impart knowledge on good agricultural practices.
